This is a vintage American Standard Plebe brand two piece toilet in an almond finish. This toilet does not come with a toilet seat or any hardware included besides the bolts to keep it connected between the tank and the bowl. There is a gasket included, but it is not the right fit and will need to be replaced. There are stamps inside of the tank and lid, but there is no clear indicator of the exact date or year.
This toilet will need a new gasket replacement along with the toilet handle/lever, a wax ring, closet bolts, a supply line and other internal tank components like the fill valve, flush valve and the flapper.
Please note, there is a tiny dip in the tank's lid that appears to be a manufacturing error (see photos).
This toilet matches closest to Bemis Classic Colors chip #146. Color matching chips can be ordered online from sites such as https://www.plumbingsupply.com/closecolorselect.html
