This stunning, very large scale, Maria Theresa style chandelier by Schonbek 1870 sparkles with faceted crystal prisms from top to bottom. The fixture has a black frame of scrolled arms with crystal finials between the tiers. It holds 25 lights with white candle covers sitting on black, petal shaped bobeches with brass accents underneath. But as with most show-stopping chandeliers, the crystal prisms are the real stars-- these teardrop prisms are large to match the scale of the fixture and measure 3", 3.5", and 4.5" in length.
Schonbek is renowned for their quality construction and crystals and has been considered one of the premier crystal light fixture makers for more than 150 years. The original retail price for this fixture is $24,995.
Please note, this chandelier has a few crystal prisms out of place, a small number of prisms with small chips, and missing crystals. Replacement crystals are still available directly from Schonbek.
We are not be able to offer same-day pickup for this purchase because the crystals will need to be carefully removed for transport.
This chandelier has been tested by our staff and is in working condition. The fixture is ready to install. Community Forklift recommends using LED light bulbs to save energy and produce less heat, which helps to protect vintage fixtures from further aging.

- We have staff available to load items. We strongly encourage you to bring help to load large purchases. Our staff will help as much as they can but will not load large, bulky, and heavy items into inappropriate vehicles.
