This uncommon and interesting Art Deco English 'granddaughter' clock is as stylish as it is diminutive. It features an unknown maker's brass movement with both Westminster and Canterbury chimes selectable via a lever on the dial face. The case features heavy reeds below the clock head, and a long dart pointing downward evoking machine age design elements contrasted with craftsmen materials. The case is made with oak veneered plywood. The chime selector includes the two chimes and silent mode.

Condition: The clock in in good, running condition with the following issues: The clock face escutcheon is slightly winkled on the latch side and discolored on the opposite side; the face hinge is loose, but working; the rear door has been replaced; the clock needs a good cleaning and we always recommend service by a reputable clock shop to ensure accuracy and longevity.

Dimensions:

56.25" High x 10" Wide x 8.25" Deep
